How long does my order take to ship?

Processing time is 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated or notified via email confirmation.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please ensure that all addresses are correct before placing your order as buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Hava Some Yarn covers the cost of shipping if the error was ours.

Where is my package?

For domestic purchases, delivery times are approximately 6-8 business days once shipped. For international packages please allow 4-6 weeks upon shipping confirmation. Mail delays can and do occur, especially during holidays. For any questions regarding delays, please contact USPS (usps.com) or your local post office to inquire about any packages that haven’t been received before contacting us. A missing mail search request can be filed here (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). We will do our best to look into it, however, Hava Some Yarn is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We do offer international shipping. Buyer pays shipping, custom, and VAT fees. Please expect additional shipping time for international orders.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the items via tracking confirmation. Customers are responsible for shipping, customs, and VAT charges with returns.
